1. WHO WE ARE
LIT SPORTS TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SL (trading as MEET FOOTBALL) is a Spanish-registered company specializing in youth sports travel programs. We coordinate high-quality training experiences, cultural activities, and development opportunities for young athletes.
MEET FOOTBALL operates multiple booking platforms including meetfootball.com, youthfootballtours.in, and youthfootballdevelopment.in. All bookings made through any of these platforms are contracted with LIT SPORTS TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SL, registered in Spain.
2. WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR PROGRAM
Your specific program package will be confirmed in your booking details. Depending on the program selected, services may include:
- Accommodation during the program
- Meals as specified in your program itinerary
- Local transportation within the destination
- Professional sports training and coaching
- Sporting activities and matches
- Cultural and recreational activities
- Full supervision of minor participants during official program hours
- Experienced staff and program coordination
3. WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
Unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation, the following are NOT included:
- International or domestic flights
- Visa application fees and services
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Personal spending money
- Medical expenses
- Additional meals or activities outside the program schedule
Important: You are responsible for ensuring all participants have valid travel documents, visas, and appropriate insurance coverage.
4. PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Booking Deposit
A deposit is required at registration to secure your place. The deposit amount will be specified during the booking process and is non-refundable except as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation, typically 60-90 days before the program start date. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in cancellation of your booking with forfeiture of the deposit.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We understand that circumstances change. Our detailed Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines refund percentages based on notice period, special provisions for visa rejections, and force majeure situations. This policy will be provided and must be accepted before booking confirmation.

6. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Age and Eligibility
Each program has specific age requirements that will be clearly stated. Participants must be within the eligible age range at the program start date. Our programs primarily focus on youth development, with optional parent accompaniment available for some programs.
Medical Fitness
All participants must be medically fit to participate in sports activities and travel. You will be required to:
- Complete a detailed medical information form before the program
- Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and medications
- Confirm that the participant is fit for physical activities
Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring all participants have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documentation. We recommend checking requirements well in advance of travel.
7. SUPERVISION AND SAFETY
We take the safety and wellbeing of all participants seriously. Minor participants will be supervised by qualified staff throughout the official program period at the destination. Our duty of care begins when participants are received by our staff at the designated meeting point and ends at the designated departure point.
Please note: Our supervision does not extend to travel to/from the destination (including flights and airports) or any time before or after the official program dates. Parents remain responsible for all travel arrangements to the program start point.
8. CONDUCT AND BEHAVIOUR
All participants are expected to behave respectfully, follow program rules, and comply with local laws. In cases of serious misconduct or safety concerns, we reserve the right to remove a participant from the program. Any costs associated with early departure will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian, and no refund will be provided.
9. INSURANCE RECOMMENDATION
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, personal accident, and repatriation. Unless explicitly included in your program package, obtaining insurance is your responsibility.
10. PHOTOS AND MEDIA
Photos and videos may be taken during the program for operational and promotional purposes. Explicit consent for media use will be requested through a separate Image and Media Rights Consent form. You have the right to refuse consent, and this will not affect program participation.
11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
We collect and process personal data in accordance with GDPR and Spanish data protection law. Our full Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. This will be provided separately and is available on our website.
12. PROGRAM CHANGES
While we make every effort to deliver programs as described, we reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to schedules, activities, or venues due to operational requirements, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond our control. Material changes will be communicated as soon as possible.
13. LIABILITY
We exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers and coordinating programs. However, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Spanish law. We are not liable for matters outside our reasonable control, acts of third-party providers where we have exercised reasonable care in selection, or services not provided by us (such as independently booked flights or insurance).
Important: Nothing in our terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts. EU consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
